Course Description

This course is a survey of the books of the New Testament as the fulfillment of the old covenant
epoch, including the Gospels, the Acts of the Apostles, the Pauline Corpus, the Catholic Epistles,
and the book of Revelation.

Required Course Materials

  • Any Bible. If you do not already have one, the teacher recommends either:
    • The Great Adventure Bible, RSV2CE, Ascension Press, 2018
    • RSV2CE, Ignatius Press, hardcover or leatherette (not paperback)
  • Note taking supplies:
    • Notebook & basic writing utensils
    • Highlighters (the teacher recommends Zebrite’s Bible Marking Kit)
  • If you did not participate in our semester course on the Old Testament, please:
    • Purchase Walking with God: A Journey Through the Bible by Tim Gray and Jeff
      Cavins, Ascension Press, 2018.
    • Read the Introduction and Chapters 1-10 by August 1st
